Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with related Documents like Guarantee Card Etc.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items, if applicable.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive and inspect it, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
